Drone show and live music at the Girona auditorium

On Saturday, June 12 at 9:30 p.m., the Campo de Marte in Parque de la Devesa will host the Concert for piano and drones: Marco Mezquida, Corazón Geriona & Flock Drone Art. The city of Girona will be a pioneer in offering a show that combines a drone lighting choreography with live music. A proposal prepared on the occasion of the 15th anniversary that will be possible thanks to the collaboration of various agents and artists: Flock Drone Arte, the first Catalan company that, since 2021, designs and performs shows with drones, will take off a fleet of 50 units of coordinated way; the pianist Marco Mezquida, who will specially create the music for the show; and, finally, the Geriona Choir, the resident heart of the Girona Auditorium. A unique marriage between refined pianism, a choir of white voices and the aerial choreographies that the drones will perform based on the concept of the creation of matter. The show can be seen from the Campo de Marte (€5) or from various points in Girona such as Fontajau, the Ribes del Ter park or Montjuïc, among others. The duration of the show will be 15 minutes.
