Flock Drone Art debuts with Geometrics in Rabat within the International Jet Ski Freestyle Festival.
It is not always possible to travel abroad because our obligations do not allow it. But, on rare occasions, when your work also becomes your great passion, things as crazy wonderful as these happen. Flock Drone Art has had the honor of presiding over the closing of the first Grand Prix of His Majesty Mohammed VI in Rabat (Morocco) in the competition of Jet Ski Freestyle with NK Productions. The event could not have ended in any other way than with a great drone show, as the level of spectators and adrenaline has been constant throughout the festival.
Last Monday, August 19th, a good part of the technical and creative team of Flock Drone Art packed their bags and headed to Rabat to prepare for what had to be a great show (in all its letters). It is well known that feeling like a foreigner when you travel is the first sensation you have and it haunts you every day in that country, but the big surprise is that Flock Drone Art felt at home from the very first minute.
On Thursday, August 21, a few hours after the night had already taken over and all the participants in the Ski Freestyle competition had already finished, the turn of Flock Drone Art, with its 200 drones. It was 10 minutes of great excitement and great anticipation in equal parts.
The "wooows" kept ringing and the lights on the phones immortalizing the moment didn't stop either.
It was really nice to see how all the geometric shapes appeared and generated a perfect narrative that fit with the soundtrack that was playing. In short, a great show by Flock Drone Art, an immersive experience for all attendees and a perfect end to the Moroccan experience.
